Francis has been involved in the insurance industry for over 30 years both internationally and in the Australian insurance markets since 1988.  Before commencing with Liberty in 2022, Francis worked in leading insurers as National & APAC Claims Manager roles.

Natalie leads the Affinity team out of the Liberty Brisbane office, this includes underwriting casualty business via our programmes, facilities and commercial product offerings nationally.  

Personal profile

Natalie joined Liberty Brisbane in 2007 as a member of the administrative staff, soon transferring to the Casualty team as an underwriting assistant. Since then she has worked her way up to an underwriting position, gaining experience in underwriting and portfolio management of both facility and programme business.

Prior to joining Liberty, Natalie spent 6 years in retail customer service. She holds a Bachelor of Business with a major in Human Resources and is a member of ANZIIF.

Graham commenced working life as a health professional and across ten years worked in public and private health settings.

Graham joined Liberty in 2022 with over 17 years' experience in insurance.  He started his career working as a private and public health professional, then moved into insurance focusing on Workers Compensation claim management.  He subsequently moved on to general insurance broking and a client service role, and he has worked with government clients for more than 17 years.

Graham has a Masters of Management (Personal Injury) and a Diploma of Insurance Broking.

Judith has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, working on both the underwriting and broking sides.  The majority of her expertise and experience has been in the workers' compensation sector.

Based in Melbourne, Judith joined Liberty in 2013 as an assistant underwriter and she now underwrites excess workers' compensation policies nationally.
